Who We Are
We’re Craig and Delyth… the husband-and-wife team behind Cradel Property.
We’d spent a decade as “traditional” landlords when we took on our first luxury serviced accommodation Cradel Haus development ourselves, hands-on, start to finish. That project taught us more about property & development than the previous ten years combined! Seeing it come to fruition brought us confidence to bring that same approach to single lets and value-add residential property closer to home as well as adding to our SA portfolio.
Six years on, we run two complementary arms: Cradel Haus, our luxury serviced accommodation portfolio, and Cradel Property, focused on renovating and repositioning residential property across the North West. Together, they give us a diverse, resilient portfolio… and gives our investors a genuine choice in how they get involved.

Cradel Haus
—luxury serviced accommodation
We source, develop and operate apart-hotel and holiday-let sites in high-demand tourist areas, managing everything in-house from renovation through to guest operations. Operating the property afterwards mean we concentrate on getting it right from the start!
Cradel Property
—value-add residential
We buy under-used or run-down residential property, renovate it to a high standard, and reposition it. Sometimes that’s a long-term let, sometimes a sale, and where the numbers work, a serviced accommodation conversion – but always with ROI in mind.
Two strategies, one high standard. Every project is developed and managed by us, not handed off to a third party.

Fair Rigg By Cradel Haus
Our first ever development. We took a dated B&B and transformed it into four self-contained, ultra-luxe holiday apartments. Where it all started.

Caton Drive
Caton Drive was a single-let renovation in Leyland, Lancashire. When we found it, it was a severely dated bungalow in an unliveable state, the kind of property most buyers would walk straight past. We saw the potential given the area it sits in, and took it back to a beautiful, functional family home from the ground up.

Another single let that we wanted to bring back to life. Although it became apparent upon the finish of this project that it was in high demand for contractors and temporary workers in the area as a long-term serviced accommodation. So that is the exit strategy we have made work.

Grey Walls is our biggest development yet. Sitting in the very heart of Windermere town, we’re developing this once locally loved pub now eyesore, into an elevated 17 bed apart-hotel.
